How I Started:
I've always been very active and used to go to gym on and off. I started seriously going to gym in fall 2008. My friend got me a gift...trainer for a few months so i learned how to do it right.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel fit and i love that feeling after you complete your workout.

It's my life style now. Even if sometimes i don't feel right my body wants me to go to gym and work those machines
